What Happens When You Call

You talk to someone who installs filters, not a call center. We ask what bothers you. It might be chlorine taste, spots on glasses, rust stains, or just wanting to know what is in your tap water. Then we tell you plainly whether testing should come first. Often it should, because the right filter depends on what is actually in the water.

When it helps to see the setup in person, we book a visit at an hour you pick. At your home we look at where the main line comes in and the space under the sink. Then we walk you through the options, like carbon block versus granular carbon, a reverse osmosis membrane, or a simple sediment cartridge, and what each one costs to keep up. You get a written estimate with each part listed before any work starts. We work across Dallas and nearby towns such as Richardson, Garland and Irving.

Handy to Have Nearby When You Phone

  1. Notes on what bugs you about the water, like an odd taste, a smell, rust-colored stains or white crust on faucets.
  2. Your water source, city line or private well, plus any lab results from the past few years.
  3. Roughly how old your home and its plumbing are, if you know.
  4. A rough idea of the space under your kitchen sink and where the main water line enters the house.
